Marousi Apartments

A residential building on Mykinon Street in Marousi, Athens, brings together garden-level homes with mezzanines and apartments on the upper floors. The design treats terraces, planted edges and sheltered outdoor spaces as extensions of everyday domestic life.

Deep balconies and projecting slabs establish a horizontal rhythm, while perforated screens filter light and views. Planting softens the facade and creates a layered transition between the rooms and the surrounding neighbourhood.

At ground level, double-height living spaces open towards private gardens. More intimate mezzanine spaces overlook the rooms below, while the upper apartments connect to generous terraces. Pale surfaces, exposed concrete and carefully placed screens bring continuity to the architecture and interiors.
